Dr. Arndt Eversberg

Dr. Arndt Eversberg has been at the helm of the Omni Bridgeway AG since the spring of 2012. He has held leadership positions in the litigation funding market since 2000, including ten years as the managing director of Allianz Prozessfinanzierung.

Dr. Eversberg focuses on looking after international funding projects, and in particular on arbitration proceedings where he commands many years’ experience in all rules of arbitration. Beyond this, he also serves as the point of contact for all domestic and international collaboration partners of the Omni Bridgeway AG.

Dina Komor

Cartel and competition law

After working in the fields of company law and economic law in a medium-sized law firm, Dina Komor has been evaluating funding inquiries for the Omni Bridgeway AG since 2011; she provides funding for claims from all areas of the law. In 2013 she was made Prokurist (officer of the company vested with full commercial power of attorney) of the enterprise and since 2014 she has been the lawyer in charge of cartel law and portfolio actions as well as collective actions.

Gabriele Ark

Inheritance law, general civil law

Gabriele Ark joined the team of Omni Bridgeway in January of 2020 and is responsible for the fields of inheritance law and general civil law. She started working as a lawyer in 1994 and for 15 years maintained her own law firm. Subsequently, she served as in-house counsel at Zurich Insurance in the field of liability insurance for major and special damages. She held this position for more than eleven years and was responsible in particular for professional liability claims of the professions organized in chambers as well as for damages in the fields of product liability law, IT law and environmental law.

Stephan Bensalah

Medical malpractice law

Stephan Bensalah has been working as a lawyer since 2006. After completing his studies, he worked for one and a half years as a lawyer in a law firm and practised afterwards more than 10 years as an in-house lawyer and large loss adjuster for, among other things, medical malpractice claims at Zurich Insurance. Mr. Bensalah has negotiated major claims at all levels throughout Germany and has handled hundreds of liability claims.

Sabine Eichner

Attorney-at-law | Legal Counsel

Banking and capital market law, distribution law, civil law

Before Sabine Eichner joined the Omni Bridgeway AG in early 2016, she had worked for another leading litigation funder for more than ten years.

While one of Ms. Eichner’s points of focus is on banking and capital markets law, she is also responsible for sales law. Ms. Eichner successfully completed the advanced training course in insurance law and can draw on many years’ experience as a litigator and in litigation funding.

Charlotte Haeger

Controller Germany


Charlotte Haeger successfully completed her Bachelor in Banking and Finance and was able to gain initial experience during her time as a trainee in an accounting department. Since February 2020 she supports the team of Omni Bridgeway in the area of finance and controlling.

Daniela Hässler

Marketing Manager


Daniela Hässler has been manging the marketing department at the Omni Bridgeway AG since 2013. Within this department she is responsible for the marketing, public relations and event management of the enterprise.

Before joining Omni Bridgeway, she looked after all marketing issues on a national level for a major international law firm, where she also served as coordinator for the firm’s international marketing.

Simon Hochstein

Cartel and competition law

Simon Hochstein has been working for the Omni Bridgeway AG since October 2019, with a focus on the areas of antitrust law and portfolio financing.

Mr. Hochstein graduated from Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and Universidad de Buenos Aires. During his education, he already gained experience in international law firms and the legal department of Siemens AG in Munich. Mr. Hochstein completed his legal clerkship at the Federal Cartel Office in Bonn as well as law firms in Cologne, Prague and Bratislava.

Dr. Martin Metz

Attorney-at-law | Senior Legal Counsel | Investment Manager


Dr. Martin Metz is an Investment Manager and Senior Legal Counsel. He is responsible for providing legal analysis and advice on funding enquiries and manages funded cases with a focus on Arbitration matters.

Prior to joining Omni Bridgeway, Martin practiced law at DLA Piper, where he specialised in cross-border legal disputes in arbitral proceedings and commercial litigation. In his role as Senior Associate at DLA Piper, he advised clients in the automotive, energy, technology, and insurance sectors.

Martin is admitted to the Cologne Bar and the California Bar. He graduated with a law degree from the University of Cologne and holds an LL.M. from the German and French Masters-Programme of the University of Cologne and the Université de Paris 1 (Panthéon-Sorbonne).

Sandra Peters

Medical malpractice law, insurance law

In February of 2020, Sandra Peters once again joined the team of Omni Bridgeway. Together with Stephan Bensalah she is responsible for the department for medical malpractice law; additionally, she looks after the insurance law department.

Sandra Peters decided to leave the company in 2018 in order to work as a lawyer again in a law firm operating throughout Germany where she was active in the field of medical malpractice, in particular the laws governing damages for avoidable birth defects, and also completed the advanced training course (Fachanwalt) in medical malpractice law. Prior to this, from 2014 to 2018, she had already been responsible for the area of medical malpractice law at the Omni Bridgeway AG and, from 2011 to 2014, had worked as a lawyer in a law firm.

Anna-Maria Quinke

Attorney-at-law | Senior Legal Counsel | Investment Manager

Cartel and competition law

Anna-Maria Quinke, MBA, joined Omni Bridgeway’s German office in January 2021 and focuses on financing of antitrust damages claims. She also is highly involved in multi-party claims, portfolio funding, and high-value commercial litigation. With her extensive experience in domestic, international, and cross-border disputes, she ideally complements the team’s expertise. Anna-Maria previously spent ten years at the globally active law firm of Clifford Chance, where she advised clients in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice on litigation and enforcement matters with a focus on antitrust law. She was admitted to the bar in 2010 and completed an Executive MBA program at the EBS Business School in 2020.
