Corona Crisis

In light of the worldwide effort to contain respectively slow down the further spread of the Corona virus, we, too, have decided to work primarily from home, starting March 17th, 2020. As things currently stand, i. e. as long as the required freedom of movement is still given, our office will remain staffed, albeit by a smaller team.

We will, of course, continue to look after our currently funded cases and will review and assess your inquiries as to litigation funding. You can also contact us in a number of ways:

To begin with, all staff can be contacted via email. In addition, you can reach them by telephone on the following direct lines:

Telephone: +49 (0)221 801155-

Name Telephone
Gabriele Ark 25
Stephan Bensalah 20
Nadine Ehrchen 13
Sabine Eichner 14
Dr. Arndt Eversberg 11
Charlotte Haeger 15
Daniela Häßler 27
Simon Hochstein 18
Heike Hübner 17
Dina Komor 24

Inasmuch as the respective member of staff is working from home, we will set up call forwarding.

We have made arrangements to have our front office (direct line -0) staffed between the hours of 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. and will inform you of any changes that might become necessary. Outside of these office hours your call will be forwarded, and we will be happy to take down a call-back request in case we are not able to immediately answer your question to your satisfaction.

We will do everything in our power to ensure that there will be no, or at most minor, delays in processing your inquiries.

Personally, we wish you all the best, and we wish us all that we will successfully overcome this crisis together.

We can do this.
